Coop Trading is a Nordic procurement organization that negotiates Nordic agreements on behalf of Coop's retail chains in Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and SOK in Finland. We develop products for our own brand labels (EVM/Private brands). Our shared EVM portfolio includes both food and Near food products under the brands: Xtra, Coop, and Änglamark.

Within Coop Trading, we have four different procurement teams and we're looking for a Nordic Sourcing Group Planner to support our team in the Near food category (personal care, household, and pet food). As a Nordic Sourcing Group Planner, you'll closely collaborate with almost all roles in Coop Trading, primarily with Buyers, Assistants, and Brand & Design Managers within your portfolios.
Some of the tasks you will be working on include:
- Ensuring effective and competent collaboration on our products with Coop Trading's internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, owners, buyers, design, etc.)
- Planning and managing operational projects with all internal and external stakeholders, including scheduling and follow-up in our systems.
- Coordinating and implementing supplier changes (new products and onboarding new suppliers) and updates related to harmonization and replacement of products during GTIN/EAN transitions.
- Coordinating packaging reprints.
- Gathering volume input for tenders on renegotiations.
- Contributing to ongoing improvements of Coop Trading's tools and sharing Best Practices.
- Participating in category days, including preparation.
Your background and work style:
- Short to medium education such as logistics economist, business economist, or similar.
- You have project management experience and thrive in coordination and planning.
- You are structured and detail-oriented, understanding the importance of data discipline.
- You are a team player and understand the value of collaboration.
- You are service-minded and attentive to your stakeholders.
- Experienced user of the Office suite, with a general aptitude for IT systems.
- Good proficiency in written and spoken Danish and/or one of the Nordic languages, as well as English.

Som Nordic Sourcing Group Planner kommer du til at arbejde tæt sammen med stort set alle roller i Coop Trading, dog mest med Buyers, Assistants samt Brand & Design Managers i dine porteføljer.
Nogle af de opgaver, du vil komme til at arbejde med, vil være:
- Sikre et effektivt og kompetent samarbejde om vores varer med Coop Tradings interne- og eksterne interessenter (leverandører, ejere, indkøbere, design etc.)
- Planlægning og styring af driftsprojekter med alle interne og eksterne interessenter, herunder tidsplanlægning og opfølgning i vores systemer.
- Koordinering og implementering af leverandørskifte (nye varer og opstart af nye leverandører) og opdateringer i forhold til harmonisering og erstatning af varer ved GTIN/EAN skift.
- Koordinering af emballagegenoptryk
- Indhentning af volumeinput til tenders på genforhandling
- Bidrage med løbende forbedringer af Coop Tradings værktøjer samt deling af Best Practice
- Deltagelse i kategoridage inkl. forberedelse
Din baggrund og din arbejdsstil:
- Kort til mellemlang uddannelse som eksempelvis logistikøkonom, akademiøkonom eller lign.
- Du har projektledelseserfaring og trives med at koordinere og planlægge
- Du er struktureret og har øje for detaljen og ved hvor vigtigt datadisciplin er
- Du er en holdspiller og kender værdien af at samarbejde
- Du er serviceminded og har blik for dine interessenter
- Rutineret bruger af Office-pakken, og generelt flair for IT-systemer
- Godt niveau i skrift og tale i dansk og/eller et af de nordiske sprog samt engelsk
