Are you the person we seek for a new position as Business Developer within master data? Do you want to work with systems and processes involving many touchpoints? And are you the person who wants to take part in constantly developing and improving our ability to deliver error free and timely product information to our stakeholders?
In our new position as Business Developer, Master Data you will have reference to the Team Leader for master data and you will be involved in the creation of the framework and the processes for elevating our master data to new heights. You are going to work closely together with all roles in Coop Trading that are involved in the creation of master data. The cooperation likewise includes the master data responsible persons from our four Nordic partners, the data pools through whom we deliver data, our IT developers, and the several thousand suppliers who supply us with information. All in all, you will have many touchpoints internally as well as externally.
Coop Trading A/S is a sourcing organisation who on behalf of our partners; Coop Danmark, Coop Norge, Coop Sverige and SOK in Finland, negotiates purchase agreements and develops products in our own private brands, Änglamark, Coop, and Xtra.

Your primary work assignments:
- Control the process of collecting and registering master data in accordance with agreed time and quality
- Coordinate across departments to ensure the above
- Resolve errors and misunderstandings in conjunction with the collection, processing, and publishing of master data
- Single point of contact in matters and questions regarding master data
- Give input to areas of improvement regarding processes, systems, and applications. Challenge our ways of working to improve them
- Education of stake holders in correct master data
- Proactivity regarding deadlines
We imagine that you:
- Perhaps are recently graduated with a higher and/or technical education (bachelor level) within logistics, IT, or similar
- Are outgoing and positive and good at making others come together to solve a common task
- Are analytical and structured and good at keeping an overview
- Know how important it is with relations and networks and understand the importance of working together with both internal and external stakeholders
- Have a high level in written as well as spoken English
