Imagine using your experience with requirements management to help us revolutionize the public transportation in Copenhagen. Read more if you want to be part of the team responsible for implementing one of the largest and most complex railway transformation projects in Denmark.

An important role in a complex railway programme We are making massive investments to ensure that also in the future Danes have a sustainable and efficient public transportation.

Over the next 15 years, the current S-Bane will be converted from a traditional urban railway to a fully automated driverless transport system: "The Future S-Bane".

The reorganization will benefit growth and mobility in the capital area and continue to contribute to a climate-friendly urban environment and create space for more travelers and thus reduce congestion.

By today's standards, the Future S-Bane (FS) will be the world's largest and fastest driverless mass-transit system. Investments in the billions and major organizational and technical changes will be made. This requires accurate management of the change from old to new.

The Future S-bane has been created in DSB as a programme, following the MSP guidelines. The programme requires among other things, the design and ownership of a transportation system complete solution.

About the job As a Requirements manager, part of the System Engineering team in charge of the FS Programme technical solution, you will collaborate with the other projects in the "Future S-bane" programme as well as other departments in DSB and continue to grow the good and close collaboration with Banedanmark. • Checking overall consistency of the Requirement state and correct links.
  • The Requirements’ Verification and Validation.
  • Define, and Contribute to the Change and the Configuration management for requirements in all requirements level.

Experienced Requirements Manager As a person, you thrive with changing and varied tasks, in a large programme with high complexity. You are skilled at documenting your work and working on your own without constant supervision and support. You can familiarize yourself with complex issues, and you are good at keeping an overview and focusing on progress.

In addition, we expect you to have the following professional skills:

  • Proven experience with requirements management tools, ideally DOORS NG.
  • Experience in working with railway norms and standards is a big plus.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and precisely in writing and speak in English, as well as present your messages via convincing PowerPoint presentations.
